Pauline has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources in Geneva.
She spent around ten years working as an HR Business Partner in the banking and finance sectors. In 2012, she founded her own coaching and training practice. Her expertise is particularly valued in areas such as change management, career transition, personal and professional development, and emotional intelligence.

She also facilitates corporate workshops and training sessions on various Management and Leadership topics, including change management, communication, leadership, essential management tools, and the posture of both managers and leaders.
